Science - Irreversible reactions. We have been learning about materials and their properties. We have also been learning what it is like to be a scientists and how to work scientifically. This week we did an experiment to find out what product (new material) is created when mixing the reactants, milk and vinegar. We found out that casein plastic is created and we investigated what it was used for in the early 1900s. Do you know what it was used for?
