Welcome to our 'Learning from Home' page

This page contains links to work you can do at home with your children. We understand that it can be difficult for some to complete but would encourage you to develop a routine to your day so that your children get used to doing work at home.  The teachers will be using ClassDojo to communicate with their classes and you can also email teachers for support or ideas.  Please remember that although we are not physically with your children, they are still our classes and their wellbeing, education and friendships are of absolute importance to us.   Please also try to make the most of this time together and enjoy doing things together.

The teachers will be adding work to ClassDojo every Monday.  There will be a 'menu' of learning and you as parents can choose what your child does.  Some will be more practical activities and others will be to sit down at a table and study.  It will be your choice as to how much you complete, but please do post it and share with your teachers.

All children were given a blue book with lines and a yellow maths book.  They will be able to look at the work on the computer and then complete it in their book. Mark schemes will come out on a Thursday, please can you mark it and if your child has struggled with an area, please email the teacher for support.

Our lady of the Rosary is very proud of our diverse cultures and supports all its families and communities We ask all of our children and parents to respect and acknowledge our differences and similarities. If you are looking for information to share with your child on the recent public demonstrations and protests, please use this pdf, which we think is very useful.

Class Dojo

An introduction to ClassDojo

During this Home-learning time, we will be using Class Dojo primarily as a way of communicating with our fantastic parents and carers.

Parents and students both get a special code to create their own account, which links them specifically to the school and their teachers.

If you have any questions regarding Class Dojo, please download the FAQs below or speak to your child's class teacher. A member of SLT will be in contact with every parent to explain a little more about ClassDojo and give your student logins.
