Hello Year 2 pupils (and parents),

I hope that everyone is well and adjusting to learning at home.  I'm sorry we cannot see each other at the moment but it is important that we do as we are asked to so that we can keep safe.

If you couldn't pick up your home learning pack I have uploaded the work you will need in the Home Learning section below. This work is for you to complete before the Easter holidays.

The idea is that you choose 3 activities from your pack a day. At school we use our visual timetable everyday so I have made an example timetable for you in your pack. You could use this one or make your own with your parents.  

Inside your pack:

• writing tasks
• maths workbook
• science workbook
• geography project
• spelling activities 
• 2 x CGP Comprehension books 
• an example timetable for your day 
• useful websites to use
• your passwords

You are all so talented and creative so it would be fantastic if you could send me pictures of anything you have been drawing, designing, making or painting! I could then post your pictures on our class website page so we can all see it!

Don't forget to read every day and try some of our online resources too. We have access to Mymaths, Times Tables Rockstars, Oxford Reading Buddy, Nessy and Prodigy. Your passwords should be in the front cover of your yellow Reading Record. Extra passwords were added to your home learning pack. Please email me if you are missing any.

After the Easter holidays, all work will be set on the Year 2 Class Page in the Home Learning section. You will need to check this every Monday.
